Why it
works
The Slick is the only cut in the archive where we specify shine. Everything else lives on matte; this one needs light travelling across it to work. Flat, dark, reflective — the silhouette does all the talking.
We cut it with real length retained at the crown so the sweep has something to carry. Cut too short it lifts at the back and the whole line breaks.
It is unforgiving of a receding hairline and extremely flattering on strong bone structure. We will tell you honestly which one applies.
