Why it
works
Where the Lumen Crop hides its work, the Grain Crop shows it. The interior is point-cut and slide-cut at alternating depths so the hair falls in distinct ribbons rather than a single mass. In motion it separates; at rest it looks slept-in on purpose.
This is the cut for hair with any natural wave at all — the texture work amplifies what's already there instead of flattening it. Straight, fine hair can still take it, but it will live on texture powder rather than clay.
Grown out three weeks it reads as a soft crop. Grown out six it reads as a small, well-kept mess. Both are fine.
