Meridian Fade

A mid fade placed on the temporal ridge — the most balanced position on the head. Enough contrast to be seen, not enough to shout.

01 — The shape

Why it
works

Every head has a line where the side stops being a side and starts becoming the top. Put the fade there and the cut reads as inevitable. Put it two centimetres either way and it reads as a decision someone made in a hurry.

The Meridian is our most-requested shape for exactly this reason. It gives the contrast people come in asking for while keeping enough weight on top to style in three different directions.

Pair it with a textured top for a modern read, or a combed-over top for something closer to heritage.

02 — Fit

Face shapes

  • Oval
  • Square
  • Heart
  • Diamond

A guide, not a rule. Bone structure matters more than the outline of your face, and that is what the consultation is for.

03 — Method

Styling approach

  1. 01

Direct the top away from the heaviest side of the parting while drying.

  2. 02

Matte clay through mid-lengths, nothing at the root.

  3. 03

Edge-up every 14 days keeps the gradient reading sharp.
